FAQ

• How quickly will my task be finished?

It depends. We complete most tasks within 24-48 hours, but more time-intensive tasks can take longer. You can always track the status of your task via Trello and your dedicated Team member will keep you in the loop at all times.

• Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

The annual salary of a full-time senior-level designer now starts at $100,000 if you can find them. The top talent gets hired for far more than that. Delta System provides you with access to a diverse team of top talent.

• What if I don't have any design tasks at the moment ?

You can start and stop your subscription at any time. No more pressure to provide your in-house team with constant work. No design work this week, no problem.

• How many times can I make revisions to a single design?

You can add unlimited designs to your queue, but know that our design team will only tackle them one by one. We aim to provide high-quality work, and focusing on one design project at a time is the best way to maintain that standard.

• What if I only require a one-time project?

You can always find a subscription model that suits your current needs. If you only have a single design task, for now, you can pause your subscription once we’re done and continue the next time you need our services.
